Job Description

The role:
This is an amazing opportunity for somebody with a passion for film production, a creative eye and who wants to be part of a growing company with big ambitions. You’ll be working with a dynamic, busy, fun and professional team. The clients you’ll be working with cover a diverse range of industries and come from across the UK and beyond. You’ll be creating high-quality and engaging content that clients are proud to share and that bring proven results. You could find yourself filming in a zoo one day, a high-tech factory the next, and with the Mars Rover the day after (or, least, a reproduction of it).

The company:
Established in 2003, Pearldrop is a full-service creative film agency based in Stevenage, covering the whole of the UK and beyond. Our services include production, editing, animation, aerial photography and videography and stills.
Responsibilities
On-shoot assistance – setting up of cameras (Blackmagic 6K), lights and sound
Sound recording/operation of 2nd camera during shoot
Editing – Adobe Premiere
After Effects production (useful but not essential)
Ad hoc projects when required
General office support
Opportunities for creative input
Experience

Familiarity with the basics of physical production – operation of cameras, lighting and sound equipment (with training to be offered in all aspects)

Further Details:

Salary – £20k – £23k depending on experience
Holiday – 22 days per annum plus bank holidays
Hours – 37.5 per week (TOIL – time off in lieu at discretion of Director, Denise Austin)
Office/Studio Location – Stevenage, Hertfordshire
